Isaac is the Special Initiatives Director for the ILAACP. In this position Isaac is responsible for managing the day to day operations of several ILAACP initiatives. . These initiatives currently include Youth Asset Development Project (YADP), Bullying Prevention, MEND! (Mind, Exercise, Nutrition, Do it!), the Rethink Your Drink/HEAL Act Campaign and, the In-Person Counselor (IPC) Grant.
Prior to joining ILAACP, Isaac held the position of Vice President of Operations & Public Affairs at Proviso Leyden Council for Community Action, Inc. (PLCCA) where he provided overall direction and guidance to the operational activities of the organization with the objective of maximizing resources and efficiency as well as providing day-to-day leadership and management to all company operation functions. Prior to joining PLCCA, he worked in strategic business development and risk management for several organizations in the health care industry.
Isaac brings his experience and passion to serve his community to several boards and committees such as appointments to the State of Illinois’ Charitable Trust Stabilization Committee (confirmed by the IL State Senate), the Advisory Committee for the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office (confirmed by Cook County Board of Commissioners), member of the 100 Black Men of Chicago and Illinois Task Force on Social Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Enterprises, and associate board member of Voices for Illinois Children and Goodcity Chicago. Isaac holds a bachelor’s degree in Community Health from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a master’s degree in Public Service Management with a concentration in Public Policy from DePaul University.

Playing and watching sports in addition to traveling, both domestically and internationally.
